Lluís Casassas i Simó Prize

In the 21st of April 2017 Antoni Domènech was awarded with the "Lluís Casassas i Simó" Prize of the Catalan Society of Geography (branch of the Institute of Catalan Studies) for his work entitled: Geography of Evictions in Spain: Foreclosed properties owned by SAREB as an indicator of post-crisis urban inequality.

Formación de Profesorado Universitario (FPU)

Antoni Domènech has obtained a contract within the framework of the university teacher training program convened in 2015 by the Ministry of Education Culture and Sports of the spanish government. It is the most competitive spanish grant for the completion of PhD's. 

The contract allows Antoni Domènech to carry out his doctoral thesis on mobilities in tourist destinations at Department of Geography of the University Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona)

Jordi Amorós Award

Antoni Domènech, received on 19th of May 2016 the Jordi Amoros Award for having produced the best bachelor project in Geography presented at any of the universities of Catalonia. 
It is a biennial award, organized by the College of Geographers in Catalonia and the Association of Professional Geographers of Catalonia, named Jordi Amoros, who was promoter of the College of Geographers and former professor of the URV Geography Department.

As a benifier of a Santander SME Work Placement Grant, Antoni Domènech, worked three months (June, July and August of 2014) at Limonium, an Ambiental and Territorial Consultancy

Erasmus at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden)

From August of 2013 till February of 2014, Antoni Domènech as a student in Geography and Urban Planning at URV and within the framework of an Erasmus mobility grant, was at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden) doing an intensification in sustainability and climate change.
